At LearnStalk, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital learning experiences. Because our products are delivered instantly online, our refund policy is structured to balance fairness with digital content protection.

1. Digital Courses, Books & Study Materials
This applies to online courses, downloadable books, exam practice systems, virtual labs, and other digital resources.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course or digital content, and
- The content has not been substantially downloaded, copied, or used.
Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
If more than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed, refunds will not be granted.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, partial usage beyond the above limit voids eligibility.
2. Membership & Subscription Plans
LearnStalk offers both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly memberships are non-refundable.
- You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans may be refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- If significant content usage occurs during that period, LearnStalk reserves the right to decline the refund.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
3. Special Offers, Promotions & Discounted Purchases
Products or subscriptions purchased during:
- Flash sales
- Promotional discounts
- Limited-time offers
- Bundled deals
are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience verified technical problems that prevent access to purchased content, our team will first attempt to resolve the issue.
If access cannot be restored within a reasonable time, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Product purchased
- Reason for the refund request
All requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting LearnStalk support, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account
- Restrict access to purchased content
- Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
We encourage all users to contact support first so we can resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
